In partnership with his wife, Sharyn, Neil owns and operates the Toowoomba East Franchise of Computer Troubleshooters. Neil has been involved in the IT Industry for over 25 years. Originally at Newcastle with Australian Wire Industries and the Process Control Department. He was involved in various programming positions using UNIX, INGRES. In 1994 moved to Qld and contract programming with various Govt departments and private enterprise before opening Computer Troubleshooters in 2004.

Sharyn, in partnership with Neil, has been involved with Computer Troubleshooters from the beginning of the Toowoomba franchise. When you ring us it could be the friendly voice of Sharyn with whom you will speak. Sharyn may not be all that technical but she will be able to reassure you that we are here to help in any way we can.
