Our Service Centre is located at 15 Diagonal St. From the Outside
Even though we do provide an onsite service it is possible to drop your equipment to us if you prefer. Chris, our trainee is available at the service centre from 9.00AM to 1.00PM Monday through Friday. As we still perform some of our work onsite, it may be necessary to make an appointment to drop your PC to us outside these hours. In the service centre we have at our disposal all the resources necessary to ensure we can provide top quality diagonstic troubleshooting of any issue. One of our top priorities, and an aspect of our service we paricularly focus upon, is the importance of our client’s data. We treat your data as if it were our own. Even though your data is, first and foremost your responsibility, before any work is commenced on a PC we will ensure we have a copy of your data in the event that a PC must have the operating system reloaded. We have several tools at our disposal to ensure we can do this and will not proceed with any further work until we are satisfied that your data is safe.  Reception  Display Area  Workshop
